Popular actress Porimoni has signed up for a new film titled Dodor Galpa, which will be directed by Reza Ghatok and produced by record label G-series, according to a press release.
Dodor Galpa was awarded Tk 60 lakh as a film grant by the government in the financial year 2021-2022.
Pori will portray the character named Kajal Chowdhury in the upcoming film.
‘I will return in front of the camera after two years with Dodor Galpa. The film will revolve around a wonderful story,’ said Pori Moni.
Reza Ghatok said, ‘The film will revolve around the struggles of a mother. I also want to depict the life of farmers in Bangladesh in the film. We will begin the film’s shooting on October 5.’
The signing ceremony for Dodor Galpa was held on Sunday night.
Porimoni, Khairul Alam Sabuj, Ahsan Habib Nasim, Monira Mithu, Reza Ghatok, G-series owner Nazmul Haque Bhuiyan and others were present at the ceremony.
